Hello, a week ago I subscribed to a course here and immediately unsubscribed after half an hour, hence I requested a refund. I received an email the same day stating that I would get a full refund after 3-7 business days.
After 7 days, since I didn't receive my refund, I contacted them again and they informed me that the transaction was cancelled before the refund.
Now, when I check my account, I can't see any statement, but the money still hasn't reached my account. What should I do?

Course Hero is deducting my $40 on every month, even I deleted my account and unsubscribed so many times. Upon request I am not even getting my money back.
- - Subscribed to Course Hero once and discontinued.
- - Charges continue monthly after cancellation.
- - Deleting the card prompts to add another card.
I got subscribed on Course hero only once then I discontinued. But still my money is getting deducted on every month.
There is no option to remove my credit card they are asking to add another card if I am trying to delete my previous card. It is fraud app. Nobody is listening your complaints.
If still they deduct my money on this month then I have to call my bank to change my cards. Its so annoying and disgusting.
